1. Overview
Stainless steel magnetic gear pump belongs to external meshing gear pump. Based on KCB gear pump, it adopts magnetic driving device. Working principle of stainless steel magnetic gear pump: the magnetic transmission part is composed of inner and outer magnetic rotors. The inner magnetic rotor is isolated from the external magnetic carrier and medium by the spacer sleeve. The inner magnet is installed on the pump shaft, and the outer magnetic driver is driven by the motor. The modern magnetic principle is used to realize the non-contact torque transmission and achieve the purpose of driving the pump. Magnetic drive gear pump is different from other mechanical seal pump, only static seal, no dynamic seal, fundamentally solve the other sealing form of pump running, emitting, dripping, leakage problems, so that it is known as high-tech products of environmental protection.

2. Scope of application
Stainless steel magnetic gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating fluid with viscosity of 5-1500cst and temperature not higher than 300 ℃ without solid particles and fibers in the process flow of petrochemical industry. It is used for conveying without leakage. For example, all kinds of liquid sampling, transportation, distribution, circulation, canning and other industries, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic, polluting, strong permeability, expensive medium transportation.

3. Structural features
The magnetic drive gear pump is composed of gear, shaft, shell, front and rear cover, bracket, spacer sleeve, magnetic coupling, etc. according to the medium used, the pump can be made of gray iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials. The magnetic material is samarium cobalt rare earth permanent magnetic material, and the spacer sleeve is made of stainless steel.
(1) All moving parts in the magnetic gear pump are lubricated by conveying medium.
(2) The structure of magnetic drive gear pump is simple and compact. Strong applicability, leakage free maintenance.
(3) The magnetic transmission device is made of rare earth permanent magnetic material, fully sealed, no leakage, safe and reliable.
