1. Overview
G-type single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump. It transfers liquid by changing the volume of the suction cavity and the discharge cavity by meshing the screw and bushing. It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing. Its main working parts are composed of a bushing (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head screw (rotor) meshed with it in the stator cavity.
2. Structural features
Compared with piston pump, centrifugal pump, sliding vane pump and gear pump, G-type single screw pump has the following advantages due to its structure and working characteristics
*It can transport medium with high solid content;
*The flow rate is uniform and the pressure is stable, especially at low speed;
*The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed of the pump, so it has good variable adjustability;
*A multi-purpose pump can transport different viscosity of the medium;
*The installation position of the pump can be inclined arbitrarily;
*It is suitable for conveying sensitive articles and articles easily damaged by centrifugal force;
*Small size, light weight, low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
3. Scope of use
As a kind of functional pump, the flow of single screw pump can be adjusted by changing the speed according to the requirements. The operation speed can be high or low. The outlet pressure can be increased with the increase of pump stages. The pressure increases by 0.6MPa for each additional stage. It is widely used in the following range and industry.
*Environmental protection: transportation of industrial sewage, domestic sewage and muddy water containing solid particles and short fibers, especially suitable for oil-water separator, plate and frame filter press, etc;
*Shipbuilding Industry: ship bottom cleaning, oil and water, oil residue, oil water and other media transportation;
*Petroleum Industry: transportation of source oil, mixture of crude oil and water, mixture of coalfield gas and water, injection of polymer into formation, etc., thus reducing the cost of mechanical oil recovery and coal field gas, and increasing oil recovery rate;
*Transportation of medicine, daily chemicals, various viscous slurries, emulsions and various ointment chemicals;
*Food canning industry: transportation of all kinds of sticky starch, cooking oil, honey, syrup, pulp, cream, minced fish and its leftovers;
*Brewing industry: all kinds of fermented viscous slurry, strong liquor tank, grain product residue, various sauces, pulps and mucus containing massive solid substances, etc;
*Construction industry: spraying and transportation of cement mortar, lime slurry, coating and other pastes;
*Mining industry: underground water containing solid particles and sewage slurry water in the mine are discharged to the ground;
*Chemical industry: various suspensions, oils, colloidal slurries and adhesives;
*Printing, paper industry, high viscosity ink, polymer plastics and pulp of various concentrations, staple fiber pulp transportation.
*Industrial boilers, power plants: coal water slurry transportation.
