1 .Overview
KCB gear pump is suitable for transporting lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, the temperature is not higher than 300℃, and the viscosity is 5x10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) or other liquids with similar properties
Reduce the pump speed, the viscosity of the conveying medium can reach 5×104cSt. If you need to transport gasoline, diesel, kerosene, aviation oil and other light oils, you can use sliding vane pumps
2. Scope of application
This KCB series gear pump is mainly used for oil medium transmission, pressurization, fuel injection, etc. in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, power station and other industries, as well as in thin oil circulation in large mechanical equipment, and can be used in various mechanical equipment. Used as a lubrication pump. The magnetic pump can also be customized according to user needs.
3. Structural features
This series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. The gear has a higher hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed in a replaceable bushing together with the shaft to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium when the pump is working.
There are reasonably designed oil drain and oil return grooves in the pump to minimize the torque that the gear bears during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high. The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation, and can be installed on the pipeline when necessary.
Looking at the pump from the extended end of the main shaft, it rotates clockwise.
