1 Overview
It is suitable for transporting lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, the temperature is not higher than 300℃, and the viscosity is 5x10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) or other liquids similar to lubricating oil, reducing the pump Speed, the viscosity of the conveying medium can reach 5×104cSt. For some high-viscosity, non-lubricated liquid delivery, a lobe rotor pump can be used.

2. Application range
It can be used as a transmission and booster pump in the oil delivery system;
In the fuel system, it can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection; in a hydraulic transmission system, it can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power; in all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.

3. Structural features

This series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gear has higher hardness and wear resistance after nitriding treatment. It is installed together with the shaft and runs in a replaceable sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium when the pump is working.
The four bearing sleeves in the pump are mounted floating in the pump body, and the end face gap is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure, so the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volumetric efficiency is high. Looking at the pump from the extended end of the main shaft, it rotates clockwise.
